Terms of use
By using BrowserStyle you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain language.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Using the tools
The tools on BrowserStyle are free to use for personal and commercial work. You don't need an account.
2. What you make is yours
Colour scales, values and code you create with our tools belong to you. You can use them in any project, without credit.
3. Accuracy
We take care to make every tool accurate: palette values come from the published Tailwind CSS packages, and our colour maths is tested against an independent library. Some results are approximations by nature — for example, a HEX fallback for a wide-gamut colour, or a generated shade scale — and the pages explain where that is the case. Please check important values before you rely on them.
4. No warranty
BrowserStyle is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, BrowserStyle or the results it produces.
6. Fair use of the site
Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the site — for example by attacking it, scraping it at a rate that slows it down for others, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Trademarks and third-party data
Tailwind CSS is a trademark of Tailwind Labs Inc. BrowserStyle is an independent site and is not affiliated with,
sponsored by or endorsed by Tailwind Labs. The Tailwind colour values shown on this site come from the
tailwindcss package, which is published under the MIT License. Other names mentioned belong to their
owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
8. Links to other sites
BrowserStyle links to other websites, including our sister site Internet Tool Wizard. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't run.
9. Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
